A la peanut butter sandwiches!

see http://muppet.wikia.com/wiki/The_Amazing_Mumford

not really a blog, here are just some notes, quotes, links and thoughts that are as much for myself as anything. if anyone else ever reads this, please excuse the silliness. hi mom

and, "smallduck".. don't call me that. it's just an id from back in the day playing Marathon at work (guess what colour i always was). as well as going to this page, through the inevitable magic of RSS these entries also land on my facebook page - where i use my real name :-o

i recently changed the theme of this page but i still don't like it. i then customized it a bit and now i like it slightly less.

Mega-who?

The director of the Luc Besson-penned sequel “Transporter 3” is someone named Olivier Megaton. I bet Mr. & Mrs. Megaton are very proud.

Be sure to watch it all, or at least skip ahead for the last 30 seconds and the two captions at the end (I won’t spoil it). I dare anyone to then say money spent on space technology is wasted.

  • Thok: Wikipedia cites Mystique as a decent example of Neutral Evil.
  • Ken: Ladies and gentlemen, the nerdiest statement ever typed.
  • MGK: No, that would be “Wikipedia cites Mystique as a decent example of Neutral Evil, as further exemplified in my X-Men/Battlestar Galactica crossover fan-fiction series.”

Romeo and Juliet with murder turtles
— R. Stevens dieselsweeties.com Not a terribly funny webcomic about Super Mario videogame viewed as a violent romance, but contains this remarkable descriptive quote in the 6th panel
